Ticket Protection Plan

Ticket and pass protection is essential for rail passengers, because rail passes and tickets are just like cash. If the ticket/pass holder is in Europe and the rail pass or ticket is lost or stolen, passengers will not receive any type of replacement or refund unless they have the Ticket Protection Plan. Under the plan, the passenger is entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of your original rail passes. This service is available for a nominal fee, and covers all rail passes issued by aus.railagent.com.

The Ticket Protection Plan must be purchased at the same time as the pass or ticket. The box for the Ticket Protection Plan is already set to accept when ordering a pass or ticket online. If your client does not want the Ticket Protection Plan, you may decline the option.
